family support
ASC understands some of the barriers families can face when looking for appropriate services and interventions and offers a range of supports to families and carers. Whether advocacy is required, or direct support in the home environment, ASC can tailor their services to your specific needs and requirements. ASC’s supports may include, but are not limited to, the following:
– establishing routines at home
– behaviour support
– advocacy services for support in school or in the workplace
– increasing engagement and participation in school
– transition support
– post school pathways
– community access
ASC can provide Core & Capacity Building support services to self-managed & plan-managed NDIS participants.
